When quoting a project, we use this rate to calculate the overall fixed price. Once you engage us at our standard rate you will also receive the benefit of trade discounts that we are able to negotiate on your behalf - All that we ask is that you pay stores, trades and services directly as and when required throughout the duration of your project. If you prefer the simplicity of payment directly to us in order to save time we are happy to offer that to you at a cost plus 10% arrangement. |
